Group room rate is $169/night. Reservations must be made by March 10, 2018.
$50 hotel rebate will be given to each attendee after the event with proof of a 5 day stay at our host hotel using our group reservations link. Please email your 5 day stay invoice to firstname.lastname@example.org between the dates of April 23, 2018 and May 23, 2018 to receive rebate. We are not able to process rebates after May 23, 2018. We will only accept paid invoice receipts of a 5 day stay at the hotel using our link to receive your hotel rebate. Hotel reservation confirmations will not be accepted as proof of payment.
Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be granted until March 30, 2018. No refunds will be given after that date.
